Asset Maintenance Solutions WA are on the hunt for an A+ Concrete / Maintenance Technician.
We are a leading service-based company in the southwest of WA, based in North Boyanup. Established in 2013 trading as Hutton Contracting, our work is predominantly business to business, and the size of our projects can vary from smaller maintenance jobs to major works. Much of our work is on public assets and includes:
- General and agricultural concreting, including footpaths, accessways, crossovers, slabs, hardstands and equipment bases
- Concrete drainage and associated civil works, including culverts, headwalls, aprons, spoon drains, drainage pits, kerbing and drainage and irrigation channels
- Concrete construction, including formwork, reinforcement installation, concrete placement and finishing
- Concrete repairs and remediation, including breakout, surface preparation, patching, corrosion treatment and protective coatings
- Bridge repairs and inspections
- Repairs and maintenance to water treatment and storage facilities
- Sewer network repairs and upgrades
- Wastewater treatment facility maintenance
- Building repairs and refurbishment
- Water catchment dam repairs and maintenance

Here’s what we need from you:
Essential
- Concrete and formwork experience
- Have a Valid Driver’s License (Heavy Vehicle preferred or willingness to obtain)
- White Card (Construction Induction).
- Adherence to AMSWA Core Values.
- High regard for the safety of themselves and their team.
- A sound level of physical fitness.
- Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to best practices in the field.
- Proficiency in the safe operation of power tools and equipment.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills.
- A problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box and to find solutions.
- Full Australian Working Rights.
- Willing to learn machinery
- Read and understanding drawings.
Desirable and Highly Advantageous but not essential:
- Confined Space, Working at Heights, EWP, Forklift, Dogging & Rigging ticket/s.
- Experience on the tools in preventative, routine & breakdown maintenance.
- Familiarity with various building maintenance tasks, concrete work, and excavation.
- Traffic Management experience.
- Previous relevant trade & civil works experience.
- PC Literate & MS Applications
